Programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1) is expressed as an adaptive immune response to escape anti-tumor mechanisms in various cancer types, including melanoma. However, the complex regulating PD-L1 expression are not well understood. Our aim elucidate signaling and explore candidate inhibitors C8161, SK-MEL-2 lines (human melanoma) B16(mouse melanoma), LN229(human glioblastoma) were used.
